CONSENT TO USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:
In connection with applying for a job in Talentsoft, we kindly ask for your consent to use and register your application and your data in our system according to the below guidelines.
Your consent is given by checking the box.
WHO SEES YOUR DATA?
Your application and the personal data you enter will be assessed in our HR department, by the hiring manager and other relevant employees in the recruitment team. This is solely to coordinate and assess whether we can offer you a job in Talentsoft now or in the future. Talentsoft will handle your personal information in the job application process confidentially and for recruitment purposes only.
We reserve the right to exchange information between departments and legal entities within the Talentsoft, if relevant.
The personal information may be used, collected, stored and accessed outside the country of your residence and will be subject to the applicable laws in those jurisdictions – namely the Act No 78-17 on Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties dated 6 January 1978 (DPA). This act was modified to implement Directive 95/46/EC on data protection (Data Protection Directive) regarding the management of Users' personal data. The Company shall ensure the security of data in order to prevent its alteration, damage, or supply to unauthorised third parties and to ensure that it is used exclusively to manage and follow-up Users' speculative applications or applications for vacant positions. The Company shall not be liable to the User for the loss or disappearance of data pertaining to the User in the event of a force majeure, or the actions of a third party. Talentsoft will of course continue to respect the confidentiality of your information, but circumstances may arise when information could be accessed by a third party, e.g. an external IT-supporter of the service provider of our HR system.

STORING YOUR DATA?
Even if you do not qualify for the position you have applied, we will save your application for 6 months with the purpose of matching you to other open jobs, if relevant. Anonymous statistical information will be stored for a longer period of time with the purpose of targeting future HR activities. All data is stored on secure servers in our system. Your data will be stored according to the recipient country’s local legislation.
HOW CAN YOU HAVE YOUR DATA DELETED AND VIEW YOUR DATA?
You will always be able to have your data erased from our files. You have the right to know what information we have registered about you, and you have the right to require any information about you be rectified or deleted. You just need to contact the local Talentsoft HR department in charge of the application process.
REQUIREMENTS FOR INFORMATION
You have to make sure that the personal data you provide is accurate and complete.
